Milk Jug Workshop- Alex Prentice

In this two-day milk jug workshop with local potter Alex Prentice, you will learn how to make jugs with different spouts and simple handles.

Saturday 11 March 9-1pm
Saturday 18 March 9-12
Cost: $90.00

The jug shapes will vary from easier to harder and may not be attainable for everyone, but we can all give it a go.

You must be able to confidently throw a 15cm cylinder to get something out of this workshop.

To be sure the jugs’ bodies are leather hard to attach to the handles, the workshop is being run on two consecutive Saturday mornings. We may run out of time to attach handles to all your jugs, but you will definitely have the skills to carry on with them at home.

This workshop is only available to members of the Canterbury Potters’ Association, so get in quickly.

Please go to  https://events.humanitix.com/milk-jug-workshop-with-alex-prentice to secure your spot.
